RESERVES ARE CURRENTLY OPEN.

Players may reserve one character at a time, and reserves last for two weeks from the time of posting. Reserving a character holds that character for you and prevents anyone else from applying for them; it does not affect your position in the application queue (which is based on the time your application is posted).

Are reserves required? No.

What if I won't have my app done by the time my reserve expires? You may still app the character when you finish the application. If you would like the reserve the character again, it must be at least one week after your initial reserve expired.

What happens to my reserve if apps close? Your reserve will remain 'active' until 1) it's original endpoint 2) three days after apps re-open, whichever is later. (EG If you had a reserve that lasted until the 14th and apps closed on the 3rd, your reserve will be valid until the original date if apps re-open on or before the 11th. If apps re-open on the 15th, your reserve would be valid through the 18th.)

What if I wish to modify or retract my reserve? To retract your reserve, please comment to your original reserve comment indicating so. If you would like to change your reserved character, do the above to close your previous reserve and then post a new one for the new character. Note that retracting a reserve has the same limitations as a reserve that runs out, IE you cannot reserve the same character again for at least a week.
